This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information located on the subdomain name that may be obtained about the User during the use of the website https://coop.1888.center/en (and its subdomains), its programs, and its products.

1. Definitions

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Administration is liable for losses caused to the User due to unlawful use of personal data under Russian law, except in cases specified in clauses 5.2 and 7.2.
7.2. The Administration is not liable if confidential information:

  • Became public before its loss or disclosure.
  • Was received from a third party before the Administration obtained it.
  • Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

7.3–7.9. The User bears full responsibility for compliance with Russian law, including advertisement, copyright, and trademark law. The Administration is not responsible for any information uploaded by Users or third-party damages resulting from use or inability to use the site.


8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Before going to court, a written or electronic pre-trial complaint must be submitted.
8.2. The recipient has 30 calendar days to respond.
8.3. Disputes not resolved amicably shall be referred to the Arbitration Court of Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russian Federation.
8.4. This Privacy Policy and relations between the User and Administration are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.


9. Additional Conditions

9.1. The Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect upon publication on the website unless stated otherwise.
