Public Offer for the Sale of Educational Courses

This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) by Individual Entrepreneur Kinjabulatov Ildar Firdausovich (INN: 020205608089), hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, addressed to an unlimited number of individuals, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”, for the purchase of educational courses.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Offer is a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.2. By accepting this Offer, the Buyer confirms that they have fully read, understood, and agree to all the terms of this Offer.

1.3. The acceptance of this Offer is considered to be the Buyer’s payment for the selected course in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

1.4. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Offer without prior notice to the Buyer. The current version of the Offer is always available on the website https://coop.1888.center/en/offer.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1. The subject of this Offer is the sale of access to educational courses (hereinafter referred to as the “Course”) in the form of video lectures and related materials.

2.2. The Course is provided in digital format via access to video content hosted on third-party platforms (YouTube).

2.3. The list of available Courses, their descriptions, and prices are published on the Seller’s website at https://coop.1888.center/en/buy.

2.4. The Course price is indicated in US dollars (USD) and Russian rubles (RUB). Current prices:

Starter Course (Lecture by Economist Elena Bikasova): $9 (700 ₽)
Pro Course (Lecture by Rustam Guseynov): $27 (2 150 ₽)
Elite Course (Lecture by Svetlana Doroshkevich): $69 (5 500 ₽)

2.5. Prices include all applicable taxes. The final payment amount may vary depending on the payment method and currency conversion rates at the time of payment.

3. Order Placement and Payment

3.1. The Buyer selects a Course on the Seller’s website and provides the following information:

Email address for receiving access to the Course
Consent to the Privacy Policy

3.2. Payment for the Course is made through the payment system Robokassa using the payment methods available in the system.

3.3. After successful payment, the Buyer receives an email with a link to access the Course on YouTube.

3.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided email address. The Seller is not responsible for non-receipt of access if an incorrect email address is provided.

4. Access to the Course

4.1. Access to the Course is provided immediately after successful payment confirmation.

4.2. Access to the Course is provided in the form of a link to video content on YouTube.

4.3. The Buyer receives unlimited access to the Course materials.

4.4. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access link and is not entitled to transfer it to third parties.

5. Return Policy

5.1. Digital Products Return Policy:

Since the Course is a digital product (access to video content), the Buyer has the right to request a refund in the following cases:

5.1.1. Within 14 days from the date of purchase, if:

The Course content does not correspond to the description on the website
Technical problems prevent access to the Course materials
The Buyer has not received access to the Course after payment

5.1.2. Refund is not possible if:

More than 14 days have passed since the purchase
The Buyer has accessed more than 50% of the Course content
The refund request is made after the Buyer has received and used the access link

5.2. Refund Procedure:

5.2.1. To request a refund, the Buyer must send an email to the Seller’s support email (specified on the website) with the following information:

Invoice number (InvId) from the payment
Email address used for purchase
Reason for refund request
Date of purchase

5.2.2. The Seller will review the refund request within 5 business days.

5.2.3. If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5.2.4. After the refund is processed, the Buyer’s access to the Course will be revoked.

5.3. Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds are not provided. The Course is sold as a complete product.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All Course materials, including video content, text materials, and other content, are protected by copyright and belong to the Seller or third parties who have granted the Seller the right to use such materials.

6.2. The Buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Course materials for personal educational purposes only.

6.3. The Buyer is prohibited from:

Copying, distributing, or publicly displaying Course materials
Creating derivative works based on Course materials
Transferring access to the Course to third parties
Using Course materials for commercial purposes

7. Seller’s Liability

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for:

Technical problems on third-party platforms (YouTube) that prevent access to Course materials
Loss of access due to the Buyer’s actions
Inability to access the Course due to restrictions in the Buyer’s country or region
Changes in Course content made by third parties (platform owners)

7.2. The Seller guarantees:

Provision of access to the Course after successful payment
Compliance of Course content with the description on the website
Technical support for access issues within 5 business days

8. Buyer’s Obligations

8.1. The Buyer is obliged to:

Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order
Pay for the selected Course in full
Use the Course materials in accordance with the terms of this Offer
Not to violate the intellectual property rights of the Seller and third parties

8.2. The Buyer is responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of access to the Course
Unauthorized distribution of Course materials
Violation of the terms of use of Course materials

9. Personal Data

9.1. The processing of the Buyer’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Offer.

9.2. By accepting this Offer, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes and disagreements arising from this Offer shall be resolved through negotiations.

10.2. If it is impossible to resolve disputes through negotiations, they shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. This Offer comes into force from the moment it is published on the website and is valid until it is withdrawn by the Seller.

11.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Offer. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on the website.

11.3. If any provision of this Offer is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

11.4. All relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
